This child studied in our non-formal education programme for two years 2003-2004. This school year, riding a bicycle given by our programme, she was studying grade 3 at Prey Koul Primary School, Kandal Province. Her parents are extremely poor; she had five siblings. Whoever is responsible for her brutal rape and murder in Tapich village needs to be found so he (they) cannot do more horrible crimes.
