

Cambodia Campaign to Ban Landmines (CCBL)
The Cambodian Campaign to Ban Landmines (CCBL) was formed in 1994 as a co-ordinated response to the legacy of landmines and UXO's left by more than 30 years of civil war. CCBL, a part of International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL), is continues to respond to the situation left by these debris of war. CCBL is the national unit of the ICBL and is a member of the international steering committee.

Cambodia Campaign to Ban Landmines put a concern and recommend on Mine/Uxo in affected communities to the NGO Statement for Consultative Group 2002,2001 and 2000.
Between 16-18 June, 2003 ASEAN Ministry Meeting in Phnom Penh city will be held in place. To join this time, the Cambodia Campaign to Ban Landmines wrote a letter release to all embassies in Phnom Penh with a copy of ASEAN the banning of anti-personnel landmines 2002 book.
On 26 May 2003, Ambassador Tun Channareth with Ross Hynes in Embassy of Canada, went to Indonesia in willing to push Indonesia government to ratify the Mine Ban Treaty. Indonesia has sign the treaty on 4 December 1997 but not yet ratify.
